I understand that unexpected events occasionally happen in everyone’s life.  To be effective and fair to all of my patients,  I have adopted the following policies:

  • 24-hour (preferably 48 hours) advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows someone else to engage my services.
  • If you are unable to give me advance notice, and I’m unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount for your treatment fee.  It must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
  • On the other hand, if I am able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.  I’ll do my best to fill the space.


If you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, you’ll be considered a “no-show”.   I’ll charge for for the time I set aside for you, and this fee must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.


If you arrive late for your appointment, I’ll do my best to still give you the full appointment time. This won’t always be possible because of other bookings.  If you know you will be late, please ring ahead and I will do what we can for you.

Full treatment price is payable even on late arrival.  By booking a set time you have agreed to pay the fee for that time, even if your treatment time is reduced by your late arrival.

If I’m running late for some reason beyond my control, I’ll still give you the full duration of your booking. If you are unable to stay any later to complete the duration, your price will be adjusted and any missed treatment time will be added to your next session free of charge.
