At Qi Therapy I understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my patients I have adopted the following policies:

  • 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of my services.
  • If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours (or 48-hours) advance notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee.  It must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
  • On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.


Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo his or her appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.


If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to still give you the full appointment time. This won’t always be possible because of other bookings, but if you know you will be late please ring ahead and I will do what we can for you.

Full treatment price is payable even on late arrival.  By booking a set time you have agreed to pay the fee for that time even if your treatment time is reduced by your late arrival.

If we are running late, we will always still give you the full duration of your booking. If you are unable to stay any later to complete the duration, your price will be adjusted and any missed treatment time will be added to your next session free of charge.
