“I am blessed and grateful to be able to spend my days doing what I love to do – helping others.”
I LOVE TO DO:
We can find our true passion and calling in life at our lowest points.
Looking back now, I recognise that my life-path prepared me for my current vocation. My healing journey started in 2005. Out of the blue, I started to get severe pain in the right side of my face. It’s was unbearable. I began an exhausting search for a solution for my pain.
After many dental treatments, antibiotics for “sinus infections”, and medication for migraines, I was no closer to relief. After several years of pain and frustration, I was finally diagnosed with both typical and atypical trigeminal neuralgia.
My medical practitioners prescribed numerous types of medicine, each with their own harmful side-effects. They did not work for me. I obviously needed another form of healing.
My life changed when I discovered Tai Chi. This beautiful, ancient martial art allows me to move constantly, challenges me mentally (learning the forms), builds strength and coordination, and relaxes me. I’m certain the combination of these benefits (and others) helped to reduce my pain. I practiced Tai Chi daily, and my passion grew stronger and stronger.
I also changed my diet and lifestyle.
I must admit, it took some time to wean myself off the medication and finally to be pain-free again. I did it though, and today I experience radiant health every day.
This life-changing healing journey inspired me to share my knowledge with others. I began to study various healing modalities and enrolled in advanced training classes. I started enrolling students and was amazed to discover I absolutely love teaching. It is such a pleasure for me to see my student’s joy, excitement, and enthusiasm. I feel totally fulfilled when I see them enjoying a better quality of life. This is my true purpose, and I’d love to share this journey with you.
